Nepal requires its citizens who emigrate to the United States on an H-1B visa to issue an exit permit issued by the Nepalese Ministry of Labor. This document is called a work permit and must be subject to Nepalese immigration to leave Nepal.  “The poorer, less democratic and the more they are exposed to armed political conflicts, the more likely it is that its passport holders will be subject to visa restrictions. The same is true for countries whose nationals have been the main perpetrators of terrorist attacks in the past.  What is unique is that the Norwegian region of Svalbard is a visa-free zone. Some countries – such as those in the Schengen area – have agreements with other countries that allow citizens of the other country to travel to each other without a visa. The World Tourism Organization announced that the number of tourists requiring a visa before travel was at an all-time low in 2015.   As a general rule, an applicant may be denied a visa if he or she does not meet the entry or entry requirements of that country`s immigration law. Specifically, a visa may be refused or refused if the applicant: For transit through the country of issuance to a destination outside that country. Transit visas are generally limited by short durations such as several hours to ten days, depending on the size of the country or the circumstances of a given transit route.  After issuance, a visa must normally be used within a specified time frame. Some countries have mutual agreements, so a visa is not required under certain conditions, for example. B if the visit is for tourism and for a relatively short duration.
